Richard Spangler

Richard Spangler has over 14 years experience in law enforcement which allows him to bring real world experiences to the learning environment. He is a retired South Carolina State Constable.

Richard is a SLED authorized South Carolina CWP Instructor, Assistant State Director for the South Carolina State Constable Association and an authorized NRA Firearms Instructor. He is a member of the National Rifle Association and International Association of Law Enforcement Firearms Instructors.
